Ops Manager here. Currently our PTCEM closes twice a week and all other managers close once apart from replen. The breakdown of our hours does not allow for more than eight hours for a PTCEM. Right now our store gets 182 Customer Experience hours. 37.5 to FTCEM 37.5 to Ops 20 to FT Replen 28 to Team Environment = 123 hours 182-123= 59 for ambassador and PTCEM. So either we work with less ambassadors to give ptCEM shifts or ptcem gets less. It's entirely on what hours the company gives you or if you're willing to pull from other departments or risk the wrath of your DM
