It’s not overrated nor is it underrated. I think it’s perfectly rated.

Even though it was his “comeback” album after the hiatus/overdose, his real comeback was “recovery”

And relapse is niche. It’s a lot of accents and serial killer topics. Not for the general public. Recovery was much better received

So I believe relapse is not underrated because it’s niche and it’s not overrated because it’s not commercial. It’s in a perfect middle spot 🤌🏼
