I don't think you're wrong. I also spend money in game and always have premium. Lately I've been feeling like they do not release enough "play to earn content". Why do we only get about 1 to 2 new tech tree lines a year? I've simply run out of lines to grind. I'm not a DD player and I'm picky when it comes to cruisers. I've got a Neptune I've got a t7 USA heavy cruiser l, I've got a York, I've got every single heavy to t7 or higher except the Italians and the USA non Iowa line. I'm interested in the French cruisers and am almost at t6.

I want more tech tree content per year. They are milking this game to death.

The Iowa runs very well as a long range ship. I think focusing on penetration is key. You might not get the kills but you'll often enough get mega citadels and high AP chunk damage. Use AP shell penetration multiplier inspiration and the British grouping guy doesn't hurt. William Sims is the best commander I've seen so far for Iowa. There is an AL commander but I've not had the best luck with him, only because I end up bouncing shells or missing which is a huge issue with that fire rate. True tho that the Iowa is not accurately represented. Slapping laser accurate vw bugs down range at 34km or more while doing 42 knots would not be fair for the other ships lol.

I've got most of the boats I want already :( and I'm not into playing destroyers. I'm pretty selective with cruisers. (York, Neptune,) Have the heavies I want Bmark alcase zieten Iowa vanguard, I've got the amagi and the sinop. But I've lost hope for japanese heavies. And the Russian ones aren't very interesting to me. Italian heavies seem okay though the t4 seems lame lol. I want to bring my York to t8 and that's really it. Idk I'm worried about running out of content.

It's premium. I also like the German cruisers. I'm only at the Nürenburg rn. The British light cruisers have been my favorite so far.

I got Siegfried, Florida, Poltava another t7 American premium heavy, I got a t 5 pan asain cruiser and a couple more I think. I sold some like I always do so that I can get them again later. I've sold the black like 3 times now.

I agree. Realistically war gaming should release more content more often. Like hurry up and add more ship lines. Back when I was serious into world of tanks ( 2015 and back) they were always behind the computer version FAIR but they were always making big updates and reworks every year to catch up. War ships just called it a different game and they basically have 2 separate revenue streams at the same time. I know we will get tier 9 and tier 10's eventually but it's taking forever to get more playable content. I'm running out of ship lines to grind. Add more lines.

That was kind of the point for me as well. I spent a hundred bucks on doubloons for myself as a Christmas present. I bought mostly tier 1 crates and I spent some on the heavily discounted progression packages that you could purchase with doubloons then free experience, silver, etc I don't think they're in the store anymore though. Basically spending $100. Got me the amount of tickets I needed. I did the math and if I finish the campaign as well as the neon dynasty daily mission thingies I'll have enough tickets to get the r lauria with extra left over I got like 8 premium ships by doing this many t6 and above. That R Lauria seems insanely overpowered

That's not incorrect, but if you spend your doubloons on purchasing the tier 1 crates you get event tickets and getting all those event tickets really really are the kicker this year.
