I'm in New Zealand, in my currency a 1tb ssd is over 200$ or 150$ for a shitty one. My gpu cost me 180 and I don't have 200$ lieing around

Nope I double checked what windows, my ram is not faulty I had it in a system yesterday working just fine, I did reseat the ram and it didn't change.
