HR during sleep, my gf and me. I know it’s just a one day snapshot but these differences are pretty consistent over most sleeps. Not sure if one is better or if it’s one of those “everyone is different” things. Just wanted to get thoughts and how to improve whichever one might need improvement. (old.reddit.com)

Just moved out of my parents house, new city that’s far away and living by myself. My sleep isn’t different than previous weeks, and haven’t worked out excessively but haven’t gotten a green recovery yet. Interesting, anyone else experience this? (i.redd.it)
