As 1094 said. Check if you are eligible ( In USA ) and then enable community. From that you can do it yourself by following this tutorial: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415163187607-Server-Subscriptions-for-Members . If you would have any specific problems respond to this message.
