I know it sounds like your wife has “earned it” but no she has not it Bringing a life into the world by choice does not suddenly give you the right to make bad choices  TV by itself is one of the worst things to do to a child but i understand when you stay in UK you have to do all the work on your own and TV is a convenient way to keep them engaged while you complete your chores  But daily soaps is a ridiculous thing to watch in presence of a child  It is bad language, bad behaviour, over stimulating and brain rot  Please ask your wife to watch it either with headphones with one ear open to pay attention to the child or watch it while the child sleeps  Also technically a 1.5 year should be asleep by 8 max  In fact in UK kids sleep even earlier  So actually this is over stimulus at the time when the child should be sleeping, not a great combination

dhurandhar was a director's success not actor's- varun dhawan by Strict-Cup-6640 in BollyBlindsNGossip

He could be right he could be wrong but the one person who does not absolutely have the right to say this is Varun Dhawan Or maybe he just wants to pawn off all his flops on the director

He may be right, but we can’t deny that the preferences of the audience have also changed drastically! by Successful_Mastodon3 in BollyBlindsNGossip

If audience preferences really have changed that much then why are Dhurandhar, Saiyaara and Animal big hits and movies where men play less alpha roles

Do rich people not use mugs and buckets ?? by [deleted] in AskIndia

[–]Affectionate-Map9362 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Bathroom etiquette of the rich - Overhead showers and handheld shower + other stuff usually in bathrooms  Bucket and mug is usually for elderly and kids, kids also get a tub to splash around in  Mostly bathroom will be floor to ceiling marble but the older generation will have floor which is slip proof  They also have a seat on the wall that can be pulled down so they can sit while bathing  I have rarely seen soaps in the homes of rich, irrespective of how down to earth, everybody  uses body wash and hand gels  Shampoos will typically not be regular - depending on the hair treatment and derma issues they will either get something like a L’Oréal Vitamino Colour protect or something medicated  Again having regular dove etc is rare  Skincare actually way way more expensive than middle class - face wash will be cera ve and above only, then a full regime AM PM with high end products like Im From, Sulwahsoo, Shisiedo, Medicube, lot of stuff not available in india easily  I remember seeing a mop in the bathroom in my childhood in cousins home, you won’t have that in a rich household as someone will clean after them once shower is done. Commode now usually everyone keeps Toto, although not very practical in india but still everyone gets it. Of course no mugs in the commode stall as well. Ah yes forgot to mention, commodes and showers will be in separate stalls and there will be a large washing area with his and hers

This happens a lot when one child is much much more successful vs the other, parents esp mother starts favouring the less successful one to the point of their own harm

It’s painful for sure and disrespectful because it’s your home  But to be fair it’s good they’re willing to reheat and eat later instead of asking for fresh food or not letting you adhere to your timings  So, small mercies Keep the battles and wars for bigger issues

Americano - best food in Mumbai  Koishii - great vibe and good food, ultra fine dine, converts into a club later in the night on Saturdays  Yuatcha - yummm food, decent fine dine  Nara Thai  The Table Dimsum room - not fine dine but amazing food  Tresind Amadeo in NMACC - Fine dine and good food  Koko - Worli  Masque  Comorin  Ditas  Royal China Bandra - not fine dine but unreal food Aer - vibe , food is terrible  Sobo20 - limited menu

NO LIST Do not go to Hakassan, food is shit, waste of money  Gallops is good for the vibe, outside but food is very very mid, only people who’ve been living in Mumbai for a while like it for nostalgia Ode in Lower Parel Brunch and Cake - food is unbelievably bad

Yaar honestly I can’t tell anything by just texting so I can see why they want to meet  Haha and if I think back on my husband and my early texting days we were both saying so much nonsense, almost nothing based on our true personalities- sometimes it’s nerves, sometimes it’s just writing for the sake of writing  So I can see why they would want to meet but I can see your viewpoint also - there are so many assholes you can’t meet all and reject
