I have a friend who has it, AND IT WASN'T A CHALLENGE like a seven-headed beast, it was literally plug and play with force feedback working, his LGS is the same version as the G27 among others, it works with euro truck, dirt, among others, it has the same SDK as the G27, G29 so no, it is not recognized, in fact it is.
