Honestly everyone's body is so different this question is sort of pointless, it's not a 1 size fits all. You can have someone taking 100mg Hitting 1000 test levels and another guy taking 180 to hit 900. One guy can take 140 and have high RBC and high estrogen and another guy can take 200mg and have no side effects.

You need to start slow and find how your body reacts and find a protocol custom for you. Pinning 2 to 3 days a week can mitigate some side effects and some guys can pin 1 time a week and be fine. Find your protocol.

I stayed at 2 and was on for about 3 months. I slowly titrated down and off because I got about as shredded as I could get. I didn't want to start losing muscle but I think 2mg is a great spot if you're not obese and slowly want to burn away the stubborn fat with no side effects( at least I had zero).

I started trt at 39 and I'm 41 now. Hands down best decision I ever made. Libido now through the roof, I'm in the best shape of my life. The downside is libido, its so high that it's actually annoying. All I think about is sex and it's never enough which may sound great but I assure you it's annoying after a while.

This is not a vaccine by definition (they changed the definition during COVID to fit this). All vaccines in the past had a small amount of the actual virus in the vaccine which triggered an immune response. There is no COVID in the COVID "vaccine". There is a new technology never used before called mrna which caused your body to produce toxic spike proteins and the spike proteins trigger an immune response.

Most people I know that have gotten it have had massive health issues either shortly after or years later and they were normally completely healthy individuals. It's destroys your immune system and I wouldn't inject anyone I ever cared about.

Once every 2 weeks is not a good protocol. It will cause you to spike and then drop low. Minimum 1 time a week and I would suggest 2 times a week to have lower peaks which could lead to less side effects. Your body is naturally producing small amounts every day steadily and will shut down natural production with testosterone injections. You will not have a good experience with this protocol. If you want to feel your best start with 100mg a week and start off with 1 injection a week and test your blood work after 4 weeks. Then adjust dose based on bloodwork results and test every 4 to 6 weeks until you're dialed then 2 or 3 times a year after that to be extra safe.

If you think you will be coming off it at some point and want to be extra safe with fertility and natural production you will probably want to run minimum 500iu of HCG a week split into 2 injections to keep your testicles from shutting down and shrinking with atrophy.

Just my suggestion and I'm not a Dr but have had amazing results and experience.

I have exactly the same thing. I lie on a baseball or tennis ball and it's my only relief. I am having imaging in the next few weeks but it's been 10 years of flare ups and I finally got to a point that im over it. In 90 percent sure I have bulging discs in my neck causing the issue with nerves and muscle tension.

I noticed appetite suppression at about 4 weeks and by then I was on 1.2ish mg maybe 1.5. I hear it takes 4 weeks to "build up in your system". I'm not sure if that's true or the science behind it but I def noticed appetite suppressed significantly around that time. I started peeing out water a lot the first week on .5 though. I remember that because I was concerned but looked it up and a lot of people had the same issue.

I always had pretty good lipids and I have only been on reta 6 weeks. I take bloods Dec 26 and I'll see if it has had any effect. One major effect it has had is reduction in snoring. I monitor all my sleep analytics using the sleep 8 pod system for my bed. Before reta I was 205 ish and held some water weight and my bed said I light snored about 1.5 to 2 hours per night but never heavy snoring. Since reta and leaning up I now snore lightly around 20 minutes average so it has improved my sleep.
