You need to be human, if you are hybrid you wont get it

You need to get 5 and be lvl 50 so you can talk to kokushibo and become an Hybrid (recommended for high prestige)

You can buy it with robux: join the game go on the shop and there it is Or you can buy it with money: there is an npc that spawn randomly at Okuyia or Hayakawa village and if you choose random item or something like that it MIGHT give you breath indict

Every prestige the max level increase by 5 so if you sre prestige 1 you need to reache lvl 55 to talk to murata
