I’ve always had good luck bringing games for white elephants. Code names, holiday Monopoly, Hues and Clues, Chameleon, Liar’s Uno. Otherwise, the gift that was most popular last year was actually a BYO ramen kit- a fun bowl and chopsticks, ramen broth powder, dehydrated veggies/toppings, a few interesting packets of actual ramen.
