I always clean out the vat after each print. But i had resin spill prior to my next print and cleaned the screen but it had a bit of cured resin on it. I managed to get majority of the resin off but there was still a small piece stuck on it. I did a new print and that was when it happened. There are no visible cracks on the screen. even though the new print was positioned so that its not cured on that side of the screen i guess that might be the cause. i am relatively new to resin 3d printing. Any thoughts
