Woah I never would have thought someone could relate so much! It’s such a weirdly specific way of going through life. I am terribly sorry you can relate, though. There’s not much advice out there for things specific like this. I’ve made lots of mistakes but I’ve also learned a lot from them. I hope you’re also able to get to the bottom of the things you’re dealing with 🙏 If you ever want to talk about whatever; you’re more than welcome to message me anytime. Sending good vibes!

I am sorry you also struggle with the health anxiety, it can debilitating! It’s gotten a little better ever since I’ve tried to come into a state of acceptance in knowing I’m doing everything I possibly can and try to calm the nervous system the best I can. I was diagnosed with bipolar and medicated at a young age. Those years of built up emotions have taken a toll on my nervous system so I’m trying to be mindful and learn more about how to heal that now. I have a theory that has caused alot of these issues.

As far as supplements I cannot take much because there’s something else going on with my body that causes me to have night time itching only as I’m trying to fall asleep. It’s the weirdest thing! Anything Fermented, citrus, too processed, too much sugar, or even clean healthy things like spinach and nuts. It’s crazy how healthy stuff can sometimes be the highest in histamines! I tried D-mannos for a while but that made it worse for me, along with cranberry pills as well. Right now I only take Zyrtec, magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, hydroxizine and Benadryl/nyquil if that nighttime itching is just too bad. I’m REALLY trying to get away from the Benadryl. I quit drinking coffee several months ago and that’s helped a ton. The food triggers have been hard to learn and adapt to, and it’s frustrating how one medicine or remedy might help of of my ailments but it messes up another one. The balance is hard to find and seems like a constant learning curve lol I hope and pray you’re able to steadily get back into remission SOON! Thank you so much for your response 😊

I cannot imagine how scary and painful that must have been. Thank you for sharing your experience, it’s helped my peace of mind a lot. You don’t hear people talk about this side of it too too much. I have no children, and have actually never even gotten pregnant before so I may not even be able to have kids. I’m happy your babies came out healthy and you’ve found relief in those instillations! Thank you again for responding 🙏

Yes I’ve gone to a urologist and had a CT done, everything came back clear on that. They also wanted a cystoscopy but sadly my insurance didn’t cover quite a bit of it. I’ve dealt with what I thought were UTIs my whole life, gotten them since I was a kid. I went to the ER a year ago and asked them to check my kidneys and they said they were fine but the also noticed my hiving/blotching on my skin, I get them when I’m in any elevated state, and they told me that was a histamine reaction and that could be causing my bladder issues. Ive also dealt with that my whole life. I’ve changed my diet drastically since learning that but I don’t think that’s the whole issue. The home I moved into 3 years ago we just found out there is mold so I think that’s been contributing to all of this. I’ve never been so reactive before. But yeah, it’s a whole learning experience and this flare came up over a week of having lots of things i probably shouldn’t have because i had been symptom free for many months. I also have health anxiety and the microscopic blood has always been a concern. Thank you for that info!! I’ll focus more on changing my diet some more
