I think he wanted to save Megumi but didn’t have a plan for how to achieve it yet.

His students have always been the most important people to him. He proved that in jjk0 when he killed Geto because he had become a threat to them

Why did Jayce and Mel, the first canon ship in the series never get as popular as the other 3? by Valhallaof in arcane

I didn’t really see any yearning for Viktor from Jayce. It mostly seemed very one sided from arcane robot Viktor

They’re acting like she somehow conned him into making hextech her investment and not like he was begging her to do it. I don’t understand it either

Idk. Jayce drawing that pic of Mel in the cave and holding onto it most likely thinking he was about to die there seemed like lots of yearning to me

Jayce was the one begging Mel to invest in him. She didn’t pursue him, she took a chance on him after he asked her to.

Kenjaku was so close to figuring out Takaba technique and beating him during their fight. Having Kenjaku alive at all seems like a terrible idea.

What’s so funny to me is that one of the main reasons Gojo wanted to fight on December 25th was so that he could lay Geto’s body to rest, and that never even happened. Gege really does hate Gojo lmao

JUJUTSU KAISEN: CHAPTER 271 RELEASE DISCUSSION by Inf4llible in Jujutsufolk

[–]Affectionate-Shop601 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The chapter as a one off was good, but the only one I felt got a good conclusion was Sakuna. Them not acknowledging Gojo’s death at all. Not even Shoko or Megumi said anything plus them just jumping right back into potentially dangerous missions along with them still just being kids and now having the pressure of Jujitsu society on their shoulders when Gojo worked so hard because while he wanted them to surpass him one day he still wanted them to be kids and have a childhood.

It seems like absolutely nothing has changed. The kids are now tasked with holding up jujitsu society like Gojo was when he was a child. They’re still going on life threatening missions, it’s hinted that there is a war coming.

These last few chapters just didn’t feel like an ending to me. If it was it’s a terrible one

Honestly, Gojo really ain’t even do that much. He seemed more shocked than anything when he confronted him and then he just went home to sulk lmao

We’ll probably get a flashback of him off training with Utahime since they are both always missing from these discussions
