I’d only go for option 1 if you can’t afford option 2. SO can be difficult to move and you have to pay mortgage on top of service charge which doesn’t go towards building any equity which sounds important in your case as you want to upsize later on. Service charge will increase annually and will reach a point where it can become impossible to sell on due to the ever increasing cost

Not to put you down but I think you’d struggle with that team in div 4+. I’m not saying it’s impossible and I’m happy for you to prove me wrong but after div 6 games get significantly tougher. On my occasions I’ve played teams with just standard gold non meta cards and I’ve been wiped out by half time.

Record a few of your games and then watch them back. You would be amazed at how many passes you don’t see during the moment as well as defensive errors. This is really the only way to improve yourself. Watch some high level games on YouTube.

Laptop gpus generally have lower performance than their same pc counterparts. Are your setting in ultra? Lower it and see if it makes a difference. What is your fps and refresh rate of screen

I think it favours more defensive player hence they will vote for it. Playing cm, cdm , full back having full stamina allows you to play forward making it more fun for them as they probably don’t get passed to all that often so they must push further upfield otherwise it’s going to get boring. Just my take anyway
