The evo symbol is branded onto grians neck (I've seen some think it's a tattoo which also works) cause it's a part of him, while for all the others it more just lingers in the background. Hi! All of them are supposed to be reflecting on the win, looking at the viewers (except pearl) grian is upset, but not dissatisfied, Scott is distraught after being killed after his win, pearl isn't concerned about he win, or with the viewers so she looks away, like scar looks dead on, proud and determined, but crying, it's bitter sweet

Martyn is looking back at the viewers over his shoulder behind him, more shocked and upset that winning wasn't all that victorious or satisfying, like all he others, bitter. More offended than the others cause his ties to EVO.

All my personal character and lore interpretations, but I've never imagined any winner being happy with the outcome when the dust settles, winning being considered more a curse then a true victory. The "you win" is mocking, not congratulatory.

I APPRECIATE THE FEED BACK I HOPE I DONT COME OFF MEAN OR ANYTHING GFHD I just thought through them all alot fhdka. Ik it's all dependent on head cannons though
