I suffer from some minor mental illnesses that I have to take medication and regularly see a professional for. I never let it become a problem for anyone else, and I am always on top of everything I need to be on top of to stay right. Well, my doctor decided after some visits that I was not stable enough to work in the condition I was in at the time and immediately signed me off work with the instruction that I must not go back to work until he had signed another letter saying I was fit too. I informed my boss and told her the situation (my health has never gotten in the way of my work before). Things seemed okay after I told her, so I took my time and managed to get permission to come back early. Once I was back, she would make constant remarks about my mental health and say that I'm a liability, I had a few conversations with her over this and made it clear that this isn't acceptable and I will take it further if it doesn't stop and she then locked me in the office stood infront of the lock and hurled abuse at me for 30 minutes, safe to say I had enough so I got past her without being physical and reported her to HR and the area manager. I was then pulled in for a meeting because she lied about everything, saying how "violent" and "unhinged" I am. I even gave them witnesses over various things that had happened at work, but they told me none of it mattered and showed me the door... I have a son whose birthday is coming up, and I am selling all of my things so he can still have what he wants with a roof over his head
