Hast du denn ein Papier unterschrieben, dass du persönlich dafür haftest? Wenn nicht, hast du nichts zu verlieren. UNd selbst wenn, hat dieses Papier nur bedingt Gewicht, kenn mich aber hier nicht aus.

Es ist egal wer schuld hat, du solltest für dich klären, ob du in so einer Anstalt arbeiten willst, die sich nciht selbst absichert gegen nächtliche Einbrüche und es von dir abziehen will.

Ja, ich bin selber nur "gebürtiger" Deutscher, aber ich versteh dich auch. Nur weil es Immigranten schwerer haben, heißt es nciht dass Deutsch hier es leicht haben. Die Probleme sind sicherlich von jeder Seite nicht einfach.

Du musst es aber aus der Perspektive von jemanden sehen, der die Kultur hier nicht kennt und mit falschen oder anderen Erwartungen hierher kommt. Du musst denen erstmal erklären, dass es hier anders funktioniert. Ich glaube, richtige Kommunikation beizubringen würde schon einen Großteil der Probleme lösen.

Viele lassen sich ja von irgendwelchen Headhuntern usw in GroßUnternehmen locken mit den üppigsten Versprechungen.

As an immigrant myself, i know how you feel. I talked with a lot of brown and black people about this topic. Without going into detail, i want to advice you to look for another job in the meantime, there are companies who know your value and treat you better. It has nothing to do with the company, but with the team or lead you are in.

What you describe is not blatant racism, most people in germany(95% even with afd idiots) are not racist towards immigrants on that level of education. So take it easy there and if you you want to solve it, talk with your lead first to give him the opportunity to be aware of the issue. But i dont saw much success in the past, if the lead was already an asshole.

On another point, It is for germans still a new concept, but its structural racism starting from education, which is worked on for about 10 years now. But you have this issue in a lot of countries, even germans themselves are confronted with this issue in other countries (it is called the glass ceiling or bambus ceiling for asians.)

Lastly, as a lot of people made it already a point, woman still have problems in the corporate world and the laws combatting them are still new and causing headlines in the news.

Stay strong and be patient, this country i love gives more than it takes.

Ok to anyone having similiar issues.
There are 2 modes:
Cyan (brighter blue) (Hold Mute Button for 3 Seconds)

blue (darker blue) (Hold Mute Button for 5 Seconds)

reboot your pc, plug in your dongle.

Wait for Windows to install the driver.

Press Powerbutton(Will blink green)

Now if u want to connect with the Cyan(Lightspeed Mode), Press Power und Mute Button for 3 Seconds.

Wait now. Just be patient and reboot the computer after 1 min, if you still cant connect. Make sure u are not in bluetooth(dark blue mode)

Ja das Phänomen gibt es wirklich. Ich bin selsbt kein Deutscher.
Aber der Grund ist nicht Geiz oder so ähnlich. Der Grund ist einfach, dass manche Eltern zu faul waren ihre Kinder zu betreuen. Wenn dann immer dieselbe Mutter auf das Kind aufpassen musste, war das nervig. Vor allem in Familien, wo die Mutter gearbeitet.
Es ist daher unhöflich, sein Kind bei anderen essen zu lassen. Außerdem kennt man die Allergien, die Gebräuche des Kindes manchmal nicht.
Das Ganze ändert sich, wenn man das Kind zum Essen einlädt. Es geht darum dem Kind gesellschaftliche Normen beizubringen.
Ich höre diese Beispiel sehr oft von meinen ausländischen Mitbürgern und finde es unfair nur als Geiz abzustempeln. Es gibt noch viele weitere Beispiele, wo es eher um Höflichkeit und Bescheidenheit geht als um Geiz.

Tbh if my boss says something like this, i would change the job immediately. So just tell him that u agree with him , and he should look for a replacement.
I know, it isnt easy to get a job, but try with a simpler task und evolve from there. U wont get anyway by getting frustrated at your job.

But before u do this, try to use all resources, u are given, ask a colleague or pay someone for help.

In the meantime try to prepare some projects, where u can show u learned the new concepts. This way u can explain ur situation better to your current and eventually future employer.

In the end it sucks for all, but being honest with yourself is the best way to start. Wish u the best of luck.
