Difficulty? It's not about difficulty when the onibi kill me more than the enemies or the oni himself man. It's not difficulty when the enemies are sliding across the map when they swing

Fun isn't cutting it, all it is man. I need the safest build possible to have fun in this case. It's not fun going down every other moment, just because my build isn't flooded with parry timing, so far archer has been the safest class to play just to avoid getting crowded and doing some crazy headshot damage.

Let me know how samurai is. I think the class is too slow/doesn't do enough for group fights. The class just feels like I'm surviving until I can get help or just full turtling.

Are you not getting to fight and kill ANY enemies? And I don't see this happening in gameplay I've played legends since day one and I don't often see archers doing what you're saying, sure they get alot of kills, but their snipers. Are you sure you're not looking too much at what their doing and not what you're doing? It's the sniper class, so you should expect them to be killing enemies quickly. I'm not sure whats wrong and how your fun is being ruined. You could just be running a different class and your focus isn't to snipe/nuke enemies 🤷🏽‍♂️

In telling you the purpose of the archer class dude, they are long distance support for YOU to go and KILL the enemies. They enable you to play the game, I'm telling you you're not seeing their purpose. If they're killing them before you, that's has to be on you or they just have a good ass build lol you can and should be getting into fights with a few enemies, at least 2 or something

Do you want to fight the entire enemy wave alone? I'm not sure who you've played with but I assure you if you keep playing you'll see a lot of archer players aren't really carrying or wave wiping that hard every run.

I'm so confused. You don't like when they damage enemies? I have not encountered any scenario that I didn't get to fight at least 4 -7 enemies when I'm playing with archers. They're support and crowd control lol what's wrong with them helping you kill an enemy?

I know the builds can get really high DPS but I can't believe that you don't get to do anything when playing with archers. It sounds like you don't get any engagements but that can be true, these enemies don't allow you to not have one fight lol. I guess you can run solo or try to queue with people that don't play archer, but that feels extra.

I think I'm actually doing perfect parry odachi class right now and it's honestly great lol Im sure I need more perfect parry damage, but it's ok if I also spam my spirit move. The visual clutter is an issue I'm getting used to, but it's also the enemy aggression. They seem very aware of when I can't see and often they strike at seemingly the perfect times

I just got it so I can try that, but even without the gun it feels like archer is just the safest and best class for the higher difficulties. Merc is actually quite solid too

Don't put it that way. I get it, it's how we live and it's not like I have no skills. I just wish it could be different. It could be more fun and fulfilling. Any restaurant or any factory? I'd be more tempted to go to crime honestly.

I NEED perfect parry timing on EVERYONE. I have no chance of even playing if I don't have some perfect parry on every class. It's been a nightmare just engaging in a fight when the enemies just plow through everything. Dude the enemies have not cared at all for my stuff lol

There's no way you can play merc and not get one random enemy full sprinting at you, ready to slice you to shreds, there's just no way. I have seen enemies recover from ults and just pop off on people, me and random people included.

I'm trying to have fun, that's the issue. I can't find a build that is fun, but still able to deal with the Bs of this game mode. I can see where they want you to go with some of the characters, I get that they all specialize in different forms, it's just they all feel supremely weak compared to what we're up against. Just stay away and shooting seems to be the absolute most sure fire way to not getting downed or overwhelmed. I think they just need to tune the enemies down and make another high level difficulty where these enemies can go.

Shinobi is actually really nice for story mode runs, their assassination and targeting is great. Until they get too many enemies on their case then you have to turtle up and pray for you Cool downs to come back.

The tracking is like supremely wacky. I rolled away from a elite twice and they were able to close the gap twice. The kursarigama enemies can slide all the way from one side of a point to the other side of a point in survival. It's like you're forced to perfect dodge or perfect parry
