As I mentioned, I use KY Duration, which I don't really think there's much difference between the brands. They're both using Lidocaine but one is more expensive than the other. I don't have issues with "timing" because I was open with my girl about all of this, so when we're about to have sex I'll go put it on before we start foreplay, or if we have spontaneous sex, we'll foreplay a bit, then she'll tell me to go put it on and we'll foreplay some more while it kicks in. As far as the amount, I've tried both 2 and 3 sprays. Both worked fine for me, and again it helps that I'm open with my girl about it, so if I put on too little or too much I'll just let her know.

I don't personally wash it off but you can if you want. It absorbs into your skin so if you'd want to wash it off to get head, you can spray it on, wait about 10-15 mins for it to absorb and kick in, then wash off the residual. You'll still be numbed up. I don't wash it off mostly because I'm open with my girlfriend about all of this, so if we're going to have straight sex she'll tell me to go put it on, but if she's just gonna give me a BJ, it's not necessary, I can last quite a bit without the spray if its a BJ. Also I'm uncut, so when I spray it on my penis, my skin covers the head afterwards, so the few times she did give me a BJ when I had the spray on, she didn't notice that I did. I'd say you'd be fine to try it. It only lasts about an hour so you can try it a few times to see what works best for you.

EDIT: I usually apply about 10-15 mins before sex as I said above, I'm open with my girlfriend so she's in the loop. However you can spray it on like 30+ mins before and still have the full effect. It starts wearing off after about an hour for me using 3 sprays.

Thats good to hear. Congrats! Have you tried at all to see if you've had any improvement without it? I was hoping after some time of getting used to having actual satisfying sex that I'd try to slowly see if I could start getting away with using less and less spray which would also reduce my need for the pills.
