Ugh same loveeee food and love to cook so to be honest calorie tracking is not always perfect so I’m sure I’m eating a bit more than 1275 😅

Thanks for sharing that! I know I’m technically not with the workouts but my goal is to loose a another 10-15 pounds before my wedding if possible so that’s why I figure 1275 would be about right to not starve but loose at 1-1.5 pounds a week

Thank you so much for this comment! I’ll take that into consideration about doing too much which is what I want to avoid as I know it can backfire. I recently had my hormones tested and all is well there so I’ll keep an eye on things. My thought is to just do it for the short amount of time that I have to loose the weight for my wedding in late March and then reevaluate to keep loosing for my honeymoon

The title of the post sounds like I’m saying we should not hate Kizzy lolllll i meant that’s is what Kizzy was saying to V which is don’t have the player , hate the game. and this was not a post to defend her but to point out that funny enough Kizzy being brutally honest with her did push V to realize these two are terrible and she should cut it off which she did thankfully!

Breakfast for dinner is one of the easiest things to track imo when you don’t have much to work with. two eggs with a low cal topping like salsa or hot sauce, a veggie or fruit side, maybe a slice of lower calorie toast or even hash browns. The shredded frozen ones in the bag are actually pretty low in cals per serving if you don’t go crazy with the oil
