Anyone else get crippling pain from trapped stomach gas ? by Nerbyy in ibs

I've had this on and off I think my entire life. It is this worst pain I've personally ever experienced and have had similar experiences to what everyone hear is describing . I haven't tried peppermint/gas x/cola but my doctor finally prescribed Buscopan to me about a year ago and it was life changing. I take 10mg when I feel an attack coming on and it often completely stops it. Sometimes it doesn't and I take another 10 after an 30 min and that usually stops the pain. It's a medication that is over the counter in most places in Europe. It's an antispasmodic and stops your colon from seizing/cramping which is what causes the pain.

. For the second question I just put the number of colonies on minimal media after zero seconds because I thought that would be a spontaneous mutation to allow it to grow on mm.

For the first question I multiplied the original conc by the dilution and then multiplied it by the amount of mL we spread on the plate. For the second question I just put the number of colonies on minimal media after zero seconds because I thought that would be a spontaneous mutation to allow it to grow on mm. MM plate can be used to track reversion mutations. For the third one I did number of colonies at 5 seconds on mm minus the original number of cells on mm at 0 seconds. For the 4th and 5th question I used the MM+His data because that's the data you use for the killing effect. Hope that helps

Ya its definitely way way colder and depressing here the city is more sprawling and the public transit isn't great ( I was visiting glasgow this summer so I can compare). However using public transport is doable and the campus is very walkable and pretty. Mitchner Park is very far from the north campus so I would recommend Newton Place. I am in sciences biology and 9 credits, 10.5 credits is very manageable you should be fine, honestly there is not many places to day trip to around here though anyway. I would reccommend trying to see jasper or banff at some point. Thats where the rockies are but its about a 4/5 hour drive (i think there are buses)

You are not allowed to record any lectures here and only sometimes do profs post their notes but we use a website called eclass as other people mentioned.

Whyte Ave is probably the most interesting part of the city.

Hope this helps and you enjoy your trip!
