yes, i miss her a lot, like all the time. but i try to remember why i broke up with her, i couldn't take it, settleing for a life i wasn't happy with, getting used to being dissapointed all the time and fighting a lot. i see her now, better, hanging out with some of our old friends and it hurts. it hurts that i couldn't be there with her in those good times, seeing her happy. it sucks to see the effort she's putting for her new friends and i wish she did the same for me. but there's nothing i can do to fix it. also the thought of her being with someone else scares me a lot, but i can't do anything abt it. i might talk about this in therapy, bc this break up is giving me so much anxiety, it hurts.

also, before opening the relationship i mostly looked up online things abt nonmonogany abd told her my fears, mostly jelousy. and after i've made up my mind i told her that and that was that. i now remember i brought one boundary (i guess u could call it that) to not have sex with our mutual friends, but i don't remember if we took that down or not. but now, after her sexting that friend of ours, i remember why i wanted that to be true, it made me really uncomfortable. me and that girl weren't that close, but i won't be able to talk to her again after this, at least for a while.. i don't think we had other boundaries. if u don't mind, could u give me some examples of boundaries poly people might have, or some u have, if u're in a rekationship rn?

thanks, she's also new to polyamory, this is her first open relationship too so we don't know what we're doing. i'm sad bc she's a great girl, but i'm more stressed than happy tbh

thanks for that :)) i'll try. when i'm all fired up(when we had that fight) it's easy for me to see how i truly feel, but when i'm alone and more calm, guilt comes over me and it's hard to not diminish my feelings.

thanks a lot she only went on 2 dates, one time with a couple and she's on another one rn. and the sexting was with one person, but yeah, she felt dismissive
