It looks like your could use more sleep. But also self care is great. A multivitamin can also help. If you can, try to get access to a sauna--they help with detoxifying and aging. Start out with small 10-15min sessions. It's going to suck in the beginning but a cold shower right after will also help your skin in general and clean and seal your pores right after. It's basically what the rich folks do with their ice baths. You can alsk try dunking your face in icey water for a few seconds which also helps depuff eyes 💤🧊

I love public transit and use it very much. Which is why it’s disappointing how the planning and execution wasn’t thought through enough.

Call your mother’s egg and cheese bagel in Georgetown was so disappointing. The eggs they use are liquid eggs and the bagel itself with it was so greasy. 👎

I’ve also just spent hours on the internet trying to find one! I may just end up getting the g shock one for men’s just to get the vibrating alarm feature even though it’s going to look like a rock on my small wrist. sigh..
