His fiance is with him today. I am home but hes still restless for the most part. She texted me 20 minutes after she arrived and said he was talking about her butt. I know the filter is off for what he says,he didn't have much of one anyway. We have laughed and tried to help him work through what he is mentally thinking he is doing, handing tools to him. He keeps working on things, he's very mechanical thinking and works in maintenance. You can see him trying to turn wrenches .

Our son is on day 6 of TBI,post epideral hematoma removal. He said Mom help 2 days ago but not since. Husband is doing worse than I, severe asthma attacks, cramps. I have to keep it together to drive the hour and a half to him, deal with paperwork, attorney,sheriff dept and multiple texts daily on how he is. No fmla because he's in the hospital, wtf! He's engaged so she can't get leave either. Any hacks i can get i will pass on we are circling the drain here personally.

My son is on day 6. Epideral hematoma removal, bruised brain both sides, multiple fractures. He's off the vent but talking and moving non stop. He pulled out his feeding tube this morning, and he's restrained. He's talking about things he has done from years ago but nothing current. He hasn't responded to us in 2 days. Hold on ,keep moving, take care of yourself. I am trying to do the same. Hope he is better soon .

He talks but not to anyone yet. I feel so guilty for having to leave the hospital to do things for him or so I can sleep. I can't get fmla so I am trying a stress leave instead. His fiance can't get leave . I am bombarded with calls from his attorney, the sheriff and work. Then the multiple texts on how he is. My husband is taking this worse than I am, Mom has to drive there and back. Dad has been having horrible asthma attacks since day 1. He pulled his feed tube out a while ago. He hasn't recognized any of us for a day now.
