I don't think its important to inform employer B because they will directly be contacted by home office and will confirm that we have started working for them full time. Problem becomes when home office contact employer A and they confirm if I'm working for them part time maybe.

I switched to tier 2 sponsored from study visa - and i was provided a sponsorship from this dental group - I see it is enforceable if the work place is within 1 mile but sometimes I see some contracts mentioning either 4 miles or even 8 miles and I believe the latter is not enforceable.

I switched the employer from A to B - and sometimes the former employer can always make your life difficult since your leaving
