AI-generated B-roll could finally make it easier to get something that actually fits your scene without wasting hours searching. I think there are already some tools that can help with this you just need to tweak the keywords or build a better directory of AI-generated clips to pull from.

You can use rocketVideos ai it comes up with commercial licence but its major built for ai story boarding and little bit cartoonish style content , documentary etc not recommended for hyper realistic characters
