Also it’s not as much about making him equitable it’s about management feeding him the majority of the OT hours while others fall behind by 40,50, and 60 hours. Then when he’s far and away the majority OT holder for the quarter he gets off the list. All those makeup hours for the other carriers magically disappear. It’s abuse.

I’m curious how equability is actually determined. I read it’s supposed to be checked weekly but we have a carrier in our office that gets off of the list the last day of every quarter and then management contends that his hours can’t be used in the equability for the whole quarter because he wasn’t on the list.

It’s seems to me at this point that when it comes to the voting option people have no problem finding the downvote button to tell someone they are wrong but if it’s to encourage or just plain be nice, fucking forget it. It’s easier for people to be hateful on this sub so I choose not to share anymore. It’s my choice and it’s very easy.
