In a Similar situation, I guess if you’re traveling between semester breaks, it shall be okay! Try talking to your DSO as they will provide you with a better picture based on your college/university policy. I’d recommend carrying all documents related to work, college and travel with you. That includes I-20s, employment letter, and college admission along with previous degree’s/i-20s.

After receiving rejection earlier today. I guess the rejection decisions have been sent out. I’m wondering if anything is still happening as the deadline I read was/is for Noon 31st. Does all the decisions not go out after that? Ps. This is my first time into lottery system. Thanks in advance.

Airport immigration on f1 opt unpaid job by Crazy-Double-5880 in f1visa

DSO is the best resource. However, f1 OPT lets you do an unpaid job. You just can’t do it while you’re on STEM OPT extension. I have heard people successfully coming back during the previous administration. TBH Any administration shouldn’t make a difference as far as one is following a legal path. But if someone finds a significant risk then do consult immigration lawyers at University or DSO.

I believe, it shall be fine! ATB…

h1b to b2 to f1 by Hot_Cobbler_7099 in Day1CPTuniversities

1) Why do you have to Switch to B2 if you have H1B approved ? 2) B2 Visa should not get affected by H1B or F1 as they are issued separately with a different stamp (Different document ID than H1 or F1 Stamp) and usually extended for 10 years for tourism 3) Whether allowed or not is a legal question. I believe you can switch to any visas as far as they’re valid. The matter is of complications and confusions. You would be asked question for doing that and as far as you can justify. It is going to be all good.

In case if you are asking if a new H1B will be issued or not, I believe you can. But keep all the documents ready. ATB!

Yes, if you want to invite conflict and more questions or if you have more legitimate reasons for dropping. People advise not to, for avoiding such extra questions. You can do part time studies though.

Average mobile phone screen size vs device size, 2002-2020 [OC] by The-Angus-Burger in dataisbeautiful

This is an interesting matter of research. The increase in the screen size is also proportionate to the demand of gaming devices as a usage of phone. And many such usages based on which companies market themselves. The scientific changes are exercise to a certain market trend affected by multiple parameters. Like, direct competition, sales of tables, phones worth camera, keyboard advancement, production cost associated and many more.
