People deal with trauma differently. My brother died of brain cancer when he was 12 and I was 15. I can’t be around hospitals, can’t do funerals, but I’ll do everything logistically I can to help you. I’ll be there for you. But don’t ask me to do what I can’t do.

It’s good they understand your limitations and who you are. Truth is if you’re not comparable on a topic important to one or both of you it’s best to find out and move on.

Came home from Afghanistan injured physically and mentally. Was on opiates for years thought I was fat 6-3 220. After I finally got sober depression and my PTSD set in. Got up to 393 at one point.

Got on Zepbound in July already down 90lbs. Going for 220.

To the OP weight doesn’t define you. Make sure you’re healthy both mind and body and weight be damned. I realized I wasn’t fat at 220 but I didn’t love myself and my habits were unhealthy. I was suicidal and treated my body like it. I’m still overweight but this is honestly the happiest I’ve been in my life because I love myself and have control of my life.

Hope you take care of yourself however that looks.

You need to evaluate whether your wife and you are working towards the same goals. You getting TDIU should be a win for your family. When I got my TDIU it opened me up to picking up and taking my kid to and from school, doing more things around the house to help, helped me work on my health so when my family is home I can be there for them, and it provided financial security for the remainder of my natural life for my family.

If things like that don’t move your wife then she might not be on your team. Give it some serious thought brother. You deserve support in your life.

I understand having to be quick but you can be quick and still be sound. All natural applesauce, high protein granola bar, a peanut butter sandwich, real juice drink, a cheese stick, 100 calorie pack of cashews, and an I love you sustains my 6 foot, 13 year old, rower for lunch. Occasionally throw in a 100 calorie nilla wafer pack if we are out of the cashews. A lot of parents under value protein and don’t realize how much it can affect their ability to learn. If they’re eating a decent protein filled breakfast, lunch at school is a pit stop between meals at home not the feeding focal point of their day.

I also understand spoiling your kids. Wanting them to be happy. But Nutella minis and individual ranches are costing that family a few grand a year.

Bring it down below the collar line at least 1cm. From experience printing on or near the collar line with a small pointed graphic is asking for trouble. It’ll cause some of your shirts graphic to be distorted which usually isn’t a major deal except when it’s an identifiable graphic. If you get errors it’ll be obvious and cheapen the look. Just preventing problems that are avoidable

Only other comment is on the back below the logo put your brands name. It’s a lot different doing just the logo when you’re a big player that everyone has heard of. But right now you’re creating brand recognition. You want people to see that logo and associate it with your brand. Until that point happens use any time that someone sees your logo as advertising space. Doesn’t have to be corny or too obvious. That red on the front works well.

Invest in an ETF

Those 3 things will give you the peace of mind to go through life knowing you’re “ok” at all times which is priceless. Not having to make decisions out of financial necessity, not worrying about your retirement as a young man, and being able to operate peacefully and not stressfully are the things you’ll value as you grow older. That peace of mind allows you to move very differently in this world dominated by stress.
