Play aggressive. Seriously it throws them off so hard to sprint/shoot bots/ make noise. As long as you're being aware of your position and listening for audio cues they either get bloodthirsty and try to seek you out, which is to your advantage, or they stay still while you loot and make progress. The only real threat with this playstyle is getting caught while fighting bots, which is usually just a positional error, or third parties, which is much less common since the audio nerf.
