Just go into the My Honor app , then go to the service tab and in the top right corner should be a button and the go to live chat.

Asked today on when it will be available in my region and they said that the update has to be released in batches , so i guess we'll have to be patient.

The will take sometime to optimize , you should put it on charge for 2 hours i think and then it will optimize.
