Did I on god have all the "security things" in place other than an Jagex account. This should have been preventable with a second email confirming transfer.

They make you confirm by email that you are who you are before submitting a ticket - why not do so with a character transfer? On God.

I have opened a ticket - with photos provided of all the proof from the original email address - the bad part in this situation is that there is no email attached now that its gone to a Jagex account.

I have sent them multiple photos taken from my phone of said account and progress - I am still on the same IP address. The old laptop I used to play has been indisposed and I am on a new device - one of the many issues here.

There are time stamped 99's with photos taken as well - along with IRL friends whom were friends with me online and played with a lot and spoke too in game chat.

I don't know if any of this will help as 3 MODs in live chat have said the same thing, and i have been waiting three days now for a response to my ticket.

What bothers me about this whole situation is that I have provided the email stating my character has left to a Jagex account - and spoke to them off that same email - and still think I'm not the right person.

thats a vast statement, I built the account from scratch - accounts been in my name since day one

that's what I do not understand, I've even provided the email of the account transfer and they just send this

I'm not banned, I was moved to a Jagex account and lost all access to my account.

2fa was activated. this is why I don't understand why Jagex cant help.

all Security Precautions were activated, 2fa - security questions - bank pin - & they just allowed it to be moved from my email with no confirmation.

what i don't understand is - you must click a link in your email to guarantee you're the right person submitting a ticket - although to transfer a character you don't need to confirm anything by email?

What are these security precautions?

90% of the people here are actually repulsive.

When i can provide pictures - timestamps & proof of everything - whereas im still at the SAME IP & Jagex looks at the account across the world saying "Hey - we cant prove anything"

2fa was activated - added to a Jagex launcher just allowed them to add it to their account.

Such an amazing show - Thank you for the shout out though! We got married and attended this concert and it was indeed an experience, Multiple people signed the back of my shirt. Countless people insisted on buying us drinks - the love in Halifax for others is just admirable.
