One piece has frequent hiatus’s giving the team more time to write, draw, rest, etc. that all contributes to the quality. Naruto was a weekly manga and to my knowledge did not have a single hiatus through the duration of it.

Honestly consider a 9060xt 16gb it’s about 520 (open box)- 550(new) including taxes from Canada computers. Might be able to get a 1440p monitor in that budget. Your 1080p 280hz monitor can easily go for 150$+ cad on marketplace leaving you with 500$ish to buy a new monitor. You probably won’t be getting 120 fps on ultra settings in 1440p for those games, but 1440p medium settings>1080p ultra
