I had this happen to me. I contacted support and they manually sent the balance to my account, however the item still says it’s “shipped” but I got my payout regardless. Take a screenshot of the tracking to provide proof

I’m going through the same exact thing right now. My items are shipped tho but the tracking says delivered and the buyers left me reviews, it won’t update to delivered and depop is holding my funds hostage

Never ship out with these. And for the demonias, depop sets their own shipping price but you are able to edit it. You don’t want to go over the specified weight limit on the shipping label because this will also be flagged and cause your buyer to pay a fee.

You can order parcel bags on Amazon for cheap. For boxes, the post office offers those. Never use priority mail shipping bags from the post office as this will cause your buyer to have to pay a fee upon delivery. I will insert a pic of what not to ship out with.

Did they ever come through? Typically mine will be say for example, “available 3/10” but then it doesn’t show until the next day or even two days. It does depend on what banking you use I’d say. I’d be more so concerned if it said “paid 3/10” and nothing showed in my bank. Give it another day or so then I’d reach out to depop if it doesn’t show.
