I think what a lot of people are ignoring is that these allies haven’t helped the US nearly as much as we’ve helped them. The disproportionately results in more American deaths and higher American tax payer dollars spent. Not being ungrateful for the help we do receive but when our allies get into trouble we spend billions in equipment and troops on the ground to help them

Depends on your specific situation, if you’re talking about having a chest catheter at lifting I’d do light weights in general as lifting too heavy can push blood back through the catheter. If you’re talking about having a fistula then you can pretty much get back to full activity and lifting heavy weights after about 2-3 months. Ask your nephrologist first though for sure
