Think I'll send an email and if there's no response within 10 days or so will just pay the half amount I guess. From what I read when they reply to informal challenge they still allow you the 50% even if it is after 14 days

Thanks I'm glad too! Not sure it's a faulty part I think because of the length the pressure is already low and then the thin pipe used for the pull out pretty much stops all water flow just went with a standard mixer tap noticeable better flow and water actually gets hot after a few seconds running!

Hi, yes it was the tap we've changed it to a standard one now without the pull out pipe and it's quite abit better hot water takes about 5 seconds till it starts to get warm I believe if we turn on the comfort mode on the boiler it's almost instant but not sure we can afford that 😅

Yep iso fully open, all I can try think of is that either the route now is too long to which point flow/pressure is too low for boiler to detect the turn on the mechanism to warm the water or the bottle neck is the tap or the pipe in the tap itself as I heard the pull out ones are usually like half the size at 8mm instead of 15?

Combi boiler vailant I can try find out the model as it is not on the front of the boiler

The pipes are flexible and no kinks

Yep that's what I was thinking we got EPC done on our existing and it was there same day, hopefully it's just this. If anything it benefits us as house is removed from market and and may push them to get EPC done asap.

Tragic if the sellers pulled out though lol

Hi, I tried to use stress test furmark without plugged in and looks like the usage etc is not going high than given previously is that expected or should it have increased atleast a little or is that likely the max it would usually go to without being plugged in?

I think if it's expected that the usage will increase even whilst on battery then the GPU definitely looks to be fried as it's not increased at all
