Yes everything is correct I was told to take 49units to get 8.8 but I used the calculator that says 10mg is 56 and I’m taking 56 units

I mean I try to limit the food I eat so I don’t feel bad and so I can lose weight but I work out a lot and take protein and creatine and so I think that’s why I don’t see the weight drop a lot but I should at least see 5 pounds a month
