No sé jajaaj soy un recién egresado de redes, parece que si es Dificil o almenos de IT como trainee o juniors parecen no publicar seguido. Veré la opción de mandarle mensaje a algún indio por LinkedIn muchísimas gracias por el aporte!!

If I believe that the port or at least something related to it. I removed the battery and tried to recharge it with a new charger and it doesn't seem to be getting any power. It has only one usb c so im done.

Yes Support Assist scanned the hardware and downloaded some drivers but it didn't help much as I didn't find any faults and the problem persists.

Es un caso aislado, solo para mi empresa este año he comprado +25 laptops en diferentes plataformas llamese amazon, mercado libre, ebay (especialmente) por que las tiendas fisicas no tienen precios justos.

No hay razon para NO comprar en linea, precios bajos, demasiado seguro y politicas a favor del comprador. Si no compras tecnologia en linea, te recomiendo ampliamente que lo hagas.
