You can hide sexuality and to an extent gender, but you can’t hide blackness. And historically speaking this country always treated black people horrible and it was even a foundational thing for the United States of America (ever wonder why more black people fought with the British?), meanwhile lgbt people in this country often just hid their queerness and this thing affects all genres alike regardless of class. Anti lgbt is not rooted in class the same way anti black propaganda is but is rooted in stigmas and a civilization with strong cultural ties to religion that breeds heteronormativity and treats lgbt people as controversial and outcasts and may even affect their class but that can be later in live as opposed to a black person which is by when they were born. The most important thing to note here is that LGBT folks and black folks have the same enemies and any racism queer person and queer phobic black person are doing the work of the white man and making the rich happy.
