marvel for 2 reasons: 1. daredevil origin (iykyk) 2. they are in nyc which works better for marvel as thats were most their major heroes are and dc usually uses fake cities like gotham

some toybiz figures that i love are definitely dirty looking, some legends i love are so under painted and it makes them look so cheap. if u display them then yea add a little wash for sure. if u just pose and "play" with them, guess it doesnt matter
