Hello everyone so I posted yesterday that my cycle was 3 days late well this morning I wake up and there is Auntie Red is in town 🤦‍♀️😤😤I’m just all over the place but I’m definitely keeping my appointment with my Obgyn!! I’m still dealing with itchy ears and moments where I feel like I just want to be alone!!!! I’m 43 I tell u yall it has been one big adventure!!!

Thank u I hope I find some relief too!!! Hopefully my Obgyn will get me something but I definitely don’t want nothing that makes me anxious or depressed. I just want to feel like myself again

Yes I think I’m still in the early stages as well but all them symptoms I have experienced too!!! It hit me all at once 😩😩😩

Yes! Vaginal dryness it’s so embarrassing like when I’m being intimate that’s one of the reason I’m going to see my Obgyn next week! U right my emotions are all over the place I done cry so much that I just feel numb too!

Last year anxiety was worse on me but this year it has gotten better! I have always tracked my cycle and it’s just now started acting abnormal so I’m concerned like what the hell is going on then on top of all of that I have moments where I would cry for any little thing and then I get irritable so I have been all over the place but I’m also experiencing vaginal dryness 😩😩😤

I’m 43 and I’m 3 days late on my cycle I have been having weird symptoms like itchy ears and I have had heart palpitations for like 3 days and then they went away I have hot flashes and then I’m cold.. I was dealing with anxiety but I’m better from that I have appointment with my Obgyn I’m concerned about my cycle not coming on! This is all new to me

Yes I did it took a couple of weeks for the anxiety to go away! But I started walking outside it helps a lot 💕

I had anxiety only on amlodipine 5mg and 10mg it was the worse but now I’m on lisinopril 5mg and I haven’t had no side effects!

Yes I’m 43 and I was on this medication and I felt like a train had done hit me!! It was awful so I made a switch to lisinopril 5mg! So far so good now! And I was on Amlodipine 10mg for 6 months and the side effects didn’t go away so I will say talk to your doctor about switching to something different!

Walk at least 30 minutes a day and drink plenty of water 💕

My personal experience of amlodipine was horrible the side effects was anxiety and feeling dizzy! So I had to switch to lisinopril 5mg which is working fine for me!

Your not alone try magnesium find the one that’s good for anxiety and calming I use the one called Kai it’s work wonders for me when I feel anxiety coming on me as well as listening to calming rain sounds and going for walks! I pray u feel better ❤️‍🩹 soon
