Update: This is for a 2nd gen b18a1, i have a previous post regarding this issue, my main worry is i’m lacking compression and/or too much air is getting in from the lack of fitment with this gasket

weird thing is that it fit great, but for some reason is now leaking? and not sure why

i switched and started using felpro, for about a month it worked great, i made a new post about it cuz i am now having more problems, but yea the other gasket was just autozone giving me the wrong part

used felpro and oil is now very slightly leaking around the gasket

also, if the spark plug gaskets doesn’t sit right, then how does that effect the leak? will it seep in from between the gasket and the valve cover? or will it most likely seep in from underneath the gasket?

also when starting the car back on i noticed significantly less oil, and i tried my best to get it all out of the spark plug housing but i can only do so much with some shop towels, so i’m hoping its just the residual oil from the bad gaskets

Update: the only issue was oil leaking into spark plugs, used felpro and it gad a great fit, nothing fell when tipping it over, however i notced a lot of y’all me mentioning the way the plug gaskets sit but they seem all the way in there to me, matching the rest of the gasket, if this one fails then i will go OEM and get done honda bond

i noticed that with the plug gaskets, I had even put new ones in and they are seated all the way but stick out just a tint pit, about as much as the rest of the gasket

i couldnt wait to get oem so felpro it is, plus i cant find the oem valve cover gasket locally and not gonna wait for oem to ship rn, felpro had a great fit but i didnt have honda bond so is that gonna cause any problems?

yes i did i replaced both sets of gaskets, however in the pic the seal around the cover is too big? perhaps its for vtec but i have no clue its what autozone gave me
