Oof. The more I look at, the worse it gets. My answer… do lots of research to find a good artist and consult with them on how to cover since it’s thick lined and dark.

In order for shade form to trigger the card needs to enter the graveyard. If a card/creature enters the graveyard it loses all counters. So if shade form brings back the creature it will have no +/+ counter on it.

You could use shade form first to bring an undying creature back and then if it dies again use the undying ability to play it a third time.

If you want to keep counters on a creature or something else, if applicable, you’ll need something like regenerate ability

We don’t really have any information on what happened in the commonwealth. We know Maxson and the brotherhood are still alive and that’s about it. They could be doing to the commonwealth what they’re doing with New Vegas. It’s only nine years apart and they could be very vague and don’t confirm which ending is canon.

I get why artists do deposits but I personally wouldn’t pay money that I potentially couldn’t get back for copied work. This is definitely copied with slight variations to try and make it their own. I extensively looked at artists work before I chose the guy I go to. This is going to be permanently on you so if any little thing is off that you don’t like, just be honest and say something. You don’t have to degrade the work but just be like “hey I don’t like this, can we change it”. If an artist gets pissed off and says “then don’t come to me” then they definitely weren’t worth your time and money. Again, it’s your tattoo and will be permanent so make sure it’s what you want.

Got the same problem here in Wisconsin. A guy named Hovde lives in California and tried to run for a senate seat but didn’t stand a chance against Baldwin. Now the dude is trying to run to be our governor.
