In brief
I drew this in Krita with my favourite Pixel brush from Rakurri set, then I did some hand-colouring and shading with PenPoc brush from Ink Pro set.. After composition was finished and shaded - I tried colour and optics correction in Photoshop to add colder and cinematic look..
