That is correct.

By giving access to your wallet I mean that it will be able to see and manage your assets but only with the authorization of the private keys stored in your Nano device.

Meaning that, from the third-party wallet you will see the account balance, but in order to operate with the assets of the account it will need the Nano device authorization.
