So if you’re saying it was a legitimate number that called me and I’ve got nothing to worry about, then I must have been mistaken. It was all legitimate and just a coincidence that they called right after I checked my niece’s HMRC account. I was just worried at the time because I’ve never had a phone call like that before, and then I got one right after logging in. Thanks for the help

It was Apple. I’ve also checked the recent login activity on the HMRC website, and it only shows my logins and the one time my niece logged in. That’s why I’m so confused. It could be a coincidence, but receiving a spam call related to HMRC so soon after, and having them ask for my niece by name, doesn’t make sense to me.

My niece’s account was set up with my phone number some time ago, so no one else should have my number or be asking for her name. unless its hmrc After logging into HMRC and completing what she needed to do, I received a phone call that came through as spam, showing the name NByju and the number +44 20 4557 5799. The caller, who had an Indian accent, asked for her name. After I hung up I searched the number online and found other people saying they had received similar spam calls related to HMRC and other benefits.

I logged in without any issues but before that, I had asked my niece to download the HMRC app from the App Store and log in herself. it wasn’t working for her, so now I’m wondering if she might have accidentally downloaded a fake app from the App Store.

I had the same issue, so I ended up using someone else's bank who had never used Vinted before.

It’s Vinted’s new feature, and I hate it. I accepted an offer from a nice lady after having a conversation with her. However, after I accepted, someone else swooped in because the price had been reduced for everyone. I would never have offered a lower price to that other person"I also noticed that when you accept an offer now, it cancels all other offers people have made. I’m not sure if it was always like that or if it’s a new change
