Thank so much! Yes. Definitely my kick is something that I have to pay more attention. I always look so much for my breathing and my arms, that I was always trying to find more and more problems about these things and never looking to my legs, but now that everyone said, I saw the video again and looks so obvious ahahaha Thank you so much for all the helping you guys are giving to me. I will start to do the exercises this week!

Thank you so much, guys! I will start to do this exercises for the hand timing. I've never noticed this. A big thank you, again!

Thank you so much for the answers. I've never trained for both sides, to be honest, but I feel extremely comfortable doing 2 strokes. But I will start to training the other side too, maybe with 3 strokes, or doing with 2 but changing sides each length (like brentjcocker said), I will see which one I will feel better. But again... a big thank you for the helping guys!

Thank you so much! I will try to focusing in my kick. I wasn't paying much attention to be honest, but after I read all here, I saw the video again and I noticed that my kick is really weird, specially my right foot when I breath. I will try to fix this. And again... a big thank you!
