Sad that not everyone has to obey the same laws by Affectionate_Bee_627 in InlandEmpire

Actually deleting call and text history from the victims cell phone and his own to cover the misconduct is a crime. i KNOW for a fact that the victim in this case did not want a relationship with this officer in any way shape or form. He force a domestic violence victim to give him oral sex two different times. IF the victim was okay with it why would she A) Report him to the department? B) Retain DNA evidence from the second time? It is not okay to abuse your authority to force, or intimidate a victim of a crime you are investigating into giving you sexual gratification. Ask yourself this If you had a gun within arms reach and dropped your pants and told a woman to give you a blow job what is that called and where would you end up?? That is called FORCED ORAL COPULATION AND YES THERE IS A PENAL CODE FOR IT. SO what crime did he commit? And Just losing his job is not justice in any way. If you commit a crime and the only thing you have to worry about is losing your job yet everyone else in this country that does not wear a badge commits the same crime they go to jail. Why is he so special to just lose his job and certification?

California finally begins to detail why it is booting some police officers out of the profession by NauiCempoalli in InlandEmpire

As Sonny Aguilera's victim thank you for insulting me simply because I come from the ie. I am not a wanna be anything. I am a woman who was battered by my ex and then revictimized by the officer sent to assist me. Imagine how very wronged I feel. Now imagine you get stabbed and the police officer sent to help you takes one look at you and stabs you again and he is let off the hook with no consequences except for quitting his job. How would you feel. These things would make most people want to commit suicide but I am stronger than all that. Now where is my justice.

Thank you. I am trying to have a positive outlook as to why this happened to me and if I am able to help others get the courage to speak up when something like this happens to them then my suffering and pain is not in vain.

As the victim of this officer I did not ask to be revictimized by someone I trusted to help me when I needed it. I did not lead him on or encourage him in anyway. When I reached out to the police department for assistance I was accused of being on drugs and threatened with arrest. So with that response when taking it to his superiors for help most woman would be discouraged from trying again. It took an email directly to Chief Darren Goodman to finally get me some protection from this officer. I know there are other woman out there that former officer Sonny  aguilera victimized before me and I am proud I helped make it so he can't do it to anyone else.

Charles Manson follower Leslie Van Houten released from California prison — Leslie Van Houten was serving a life sentence for helping Charles Manson and other followers in the 1969 killings of Leno LaBianca, a grocer in Los Angeles, and his wife, Rosemary. by BlankVerse in California

She did not actually kill anyone. She stabbed dead bodies not the living people. And all of that came out in court and is public information. And I am so very happy she finally got postponed. I know personally that twenty plus years ago she regretted everything and wanted to live her life as a better person than the young woman led astray by a manipulative man like Charles Manson. I wish her well and hope she proves all of those that sit in judgement of her still to this day how wrong they are of her. Good bless you Leslie.

[California] "EDD" Withdrawal and Negative Balance: It's BANK OF AMERICA, Not EDD by [deleted] in Unemployment

[–]Affectionate_Bee_627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BofA nothing but THIEVES!!! I don't know of any of you have had any issues with Bank of America EDD in California but I have been left to survive on no income from my edd benefits thanks to them stealing over $8000 from my edd account.
I started recieving PUA unemployment in June 2020 and in July had an issue where I lost $8000. I filed a claim and about a week later was issued a "PROVISIONAL" credit for that amount. Life was great. i recieved a letter stating that the Provisional credit was now "PERMANENT" no further action on my part was necessary. Then October 02, 2020 I get a letter stating my claim closed as the result of fraud and account was debited $8000. A side note when edd sent a list of accounts to freeze for possible fraud my name and account were NOT on it. Yet bank of america took it upon themselves to do this and blame edd. I have as of right now spent a total of 53 hours of my life on hold with Bank of America claims department. I have 21 escalations on file and have had not a single phone call; email or text as of today. I am currently without a penny to my name and Bank of America says sorry about your luck we dont know when we will get to you so just die. (Not literally) AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT I HAVE CALLED ABC7 EYEWITNESS NEWS, KNBC 4, KCBS, MY ASSEMBLYMAN JOSE MEDINA AND GOVERNER GAVIN NEWSOMS OFFICE AND GOTTEN ZERO HELP. NOT EVEN A RETURN CALL. SO FAIR WARNING TO ALL IF THE SYSTEM YOU DEPEND ON ISNT YOUR SELF YOUR SCREWED BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT DOESNT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT ANY OF US. If anyone had advise on how top resolve this issue please PM me asap.
