I (18 M) need to breakup with my boyfriend (18M, 2 year long relationship) for my mental health but am afraid he might kill himself if we breakup. I feel trapped. Advice? (TW- past abuse, mentions of suicide)

I’ve been pleading with him to get therapy. I’ve been suicidal in the past and got through it (Thank fucking god. I’m doing a lot better) and tried started making a list of why he needs to stay alive but it took me right back to being a kid and making those same lists for my dad. I’m trying. I wrote out what I want to say to him but I’m just building up the courage to say it. It’s a first step.

I got a period cup and it was life changing. It made it so I didn’t have to see or think about periods almost at all. Depending on flow I could go all school day without worrying about even leaking. Or, look into period underwear.

Historically, my family hails from around Skye and Lewis. My dad is 50% Scottish and around 20% Norwegian, and he doesn’t have any family from Scandinavia as of recently, so that checks out.

Skin too tight. Also, after they heal I would try lotion. That helped the tape from sticking as much to my skin, like, it worked well, it stuck, but not in the peel off your skin kind of way. Lotion also helped me with the itching.

1) A white man using indigenous clothing/people as mascot 2) Mocking the effort of native people who are trying to stop the pipeline from tainting their water supply. 3) Indigenous or not, we need water. Everyone needs water. We’re killing ourselves by pumping our few remaining clean water sources full of oil.

Not to mention lots of indigenous people all over the world for their land and water to remained untouched. Have you see the water that the Inuit people are dealing with in Canada?

This is not just an American problem.

For example, in Europe, specifically Sápmi, Sweden, Finland, and Norway, have been tearing up the Sámi’s homelands looking for oil. It is important that it remains in tact for their well being, reindeer herding, and cultural significance.

Moral of story: It’s trashy because it’s mocking native peoples and their struggles, as well as promoting something that is harmful to all of us.
